🎉 On Ageism Awareness Day, we celebrate the message of ‘life, not labels.’ Age is no barrier to passion, movement, or achievement. 🚴‍♀️💪

This year’s ACH Group Cycling Challenge across Residential Care Homes showed just that - residents pedalled through multiple stages, clocking up hundreds of minutes with the encouragement of staff, families, and community partners.

It’s a reminder that older people are defined by their individuality, energy, and spirit - not by stereotypes.
