At ACH Group, our team of specialist Allied Health and Nursing professionals work with you to develop plans and deliver services to keep you active and living life your way all year round. All of our services are inclusive of people living with cognitive impairments, including dementia.

Whether it’s being able to enjoy activities that you love or trying new ones, recovering from a setback, or managing an ongoing condition, we’re here to help. You can access services in your own home, or at locations across metropolitan Adelaide.

Along with individual services, our specialised health programs combine exercise and education to promote independent living and positive health outcomes.

Today, we came together to celebrate our 2,000 team members for Aged Care Employee Day, our favourite day of the year 💚

Here’s how we marked the occasion:

→ Our CEO, Linda Feldt, shared a heartfelt video message to thank all staff for their contributions at ACH Group, today and every day

→ Customers, residents and families gifted chocolates to the staff who’ve made a meaningful impact on their lives

→ We continued celebrating throughout the day, with special activations at ACH Group locations
