When Louise Power first applied for a cleaning role at ACH Group, she never imagined how much connection and purpose she’d find in the work.

Four years on, Louise supports around 30 regular customers across Adelaide and works three days a week.

“For me the independence of working in the community directly with customers really appealed to me,” she said.
