We are inviting customers and family members to join ACH Group’s Home Care and Community Consumer Advisory Body.
About the Consumer Advisory Body
The ACH Group Consumer Advisory Body (CAB) is a small group that meets to talk about services and how they can be improved.
The feedback from the Consumer Advisory Body is provided to the ACH Group Board and governing committees for their consideration and response.
Since starting in 2024, the ACH Group Consumer Advisory Body has already led to improvements including:
- A better phone system, with a menu to help direct calls
- Clearer billing information
- Easier ways to get in touch and
- Information that is easier to read and understand
Importantly, the Consumer Advisory Body does not replace the existing ways you can provide feedback to ACH Group at any time.

Your feedback helps us make real changes.
What to expect
You’ll be part of a small group of customers, family members and representatives who meet twice a year. Meetings are in person, and membership is for 12 months.
