We can definitely help you with this.

Our specially trained Support Workers or Volunteers can spend time with the person you care for out and about in the community such as at the park, shopping centre or coffee shop, or in their own home.

All our respite programs provide meaningful activities, whether for an individual or in a group setting. Our staff are equipped to respond to different levels of need.

Dementia specific support: this can be one-to-one or in small groups tailored to the abilities and interest of people with dementia. Specific groups with dementia are also available.

The Workforce Cycling Challenge is in full swing too - meet Hollie, one of our fantastic riders 🚴‍♀️✨

Hollie is a Scheduling Officer in the Customer Access Team and has been with ACH Group for 2.5 years, coordinating community and home services for customers. With a background as a Personal Trainer, she has a strong passion for health and fitness and has always enjoyed getting out on her bike.

Most of her rides are through the parklands or along the Torrens bike path, enjoying fresh air and movement - often while listening to lectures for her Master of Public Health.

A big cheer for everyone taking part:
🚴‍♀️ Teams – Mikes Bikes, Squeaky Wheels, Spin Doctors, Spin Cycle, Non-Riders and BT
🚴‍♀️ E-Riders – Nic, Ella, Margie and Leanne
🚴‍♀️ Individuals – Rylee, Jodie, Mary-Anne, Beth, Brodie, Kathleen, John, Anil, Denise and Katey

Keep pedalling, keep encouraging one another, and enjoy every ride - you’re all doing a great job! 💛👏
