Our experienced and skilled Occupational Therapists will work with you to maintain and enhance your brain health, independence and/or social connections and may include some of the following:

  • Comprehensive assessment of my memory and daily living challenges
  • Strategies to maintain and enhance my ability to manage everyday living tasks
  • Advice on technology and aids to assist my memory, independence, and safety
  • Designing a program to assist with enhancing my brain health
  • Help me with strategies to design and support activities I enjoy
  • Referral to other services to enhance my physical and brain health.

ACH Group is deeply saddened by the death of former Executive member, Trudy Anne Sutton.

Beautiful human being. Rest easy now Trudy Sutton 💔

RIP Trudy. You were one of a kind and the best boss I ever had. A genuine supportive and caring person with a great sense of humour. My condolences to all her family. ❤️

So very sad. Trudy such a brave woman, who fought such a long time. So very honoured to have known her. Thoughts are with family
