Run with a fitness leader, we have a range of exercise groups to suit people of all fitness levels. Consultation is required prior to the commencement of any new group.

A unique program which combines exercise and education to optimise independence, increase strength, endurance and balance and provide motivation to live a healthy life.

Tai chi

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a wonderful form of exercise that can assist with mobility and balance improvement. This group can assist with joint flexibility, increase muscle and improve balance, assist with relaxation and reduce the risk of falls.

Fit ball

Fit Ball

Fit Ball workouts are an ideal way to develop your strength and flexibility using a large exercise ball. These classes provide an all-over muscle conditioning program in a fun environment.

Walking groups

Walking Groups

Enjoy the fresh air and get some light exercise. At ACH Group we offer a range of walking groups that allow you to take in gentle exercise in an enjoyable and social setting. Come and make some new friends while improving your fitness!

Wellness Groups

We offer a range of specialised Wellness groups to help you achieve your health goals. Run with the support of a qualified health professional, we can help find the right group for your fitness level.

Mobility and Balance

This combined exercise and education program aims to improve your balance, build your confidence and enhance your quality of life.

Neuro recovery

Neuro Recovery

This group is for people with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke and Multiple Sclerosis to increase independence, functional ability and confidence to live an active life.

Please note, the above groups are run at varied ACH Group locations across metropolitan Adelaide. Please call us to see what is available in your area. Participation in a group may be subject to a prior assessment with an EP or Physio.

🚴‍♀️ Continuing with all things cycling 🌟

At ACH Group, we believe in the importance of community and staying connected.
Events like Tour Down Under are perfect opportunities to bring people together, foster social connections, and promote a sense of belonging.

ACH Group Head of Social and avid cyclist, Katey Elding, shares her experience:

“During TDU, there are countless community rides hosted by cycle stores and clubs - most are free and open to everyone. Last weekend, my partner Dave and I joined a Curve Cycling ride from Whippets Workshop in Stepney.

The route took us through Mt Osmond, Crafers, and McLaren Vale, with a coffee stop at the welcoming Clarendon General Store. We ended in Willunga, just 250 meters from the top of Willunga Hill, to watch Stage 2 of the women’s TDU race.

The weekend was a perfect mix of adventure, inspiration, and the warm embrace of the cycling community. It’s a fantastic way to stay active, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with like-minded individuals.”
