Colton Court Residential Care Home

Room types

ACH Group residential care homes offer a wide variety of room types including single rooms, double rooms and a ‘cottage’ style of living.

All rooms feature  private ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning, floor and window coverings. A bed, storage for your clothes and personal items, comfortable armchair and telephone point are also included. You are very welcome to have your favourite pieces of furniture and other personal belongings in your room.

Each room varies in terms of size, layout and outlook, so it’s recommended that you take a look for yourself during one of the regular site tours.  In circumstances where site tours aren’t possible, we can show you photographs or take you on a personal ‘virtual tour’ via video call.

The rooms plans shown here will give you a guide:

It’s Primary Health Care Nurses Day!

Today, 5 February, we celebrate the incredible contributions of nurses in primary health care, including aged care and community, highlighting their valuable role in supporting the health of Australians outside of the hospital setting.

At ACH Group, we thank our team of over 300 dedicated nurses who help support good lives for residents and customers.

Among them, are Registered Nurses, Helen Banh and Mani Singh who highlight the vital and diverse roles nurses have in aged care.

- Helen, a Clinical Nurse Consultant, leads a team of 11 nurses providing care for customers at home.
- Mani, a Care Manager at ViTA Residential Care Home, ensures residents’ care plans are met.

What makes their role special? For Mani, it’s forming meaningful connections with older people. For Helen, it’s knowing her care supports people to live safely at home. To hear more from Mani and Helen visit 🔗 bit.ly/3WK4duS
