Our strategy in action
Health Studio Rostrevor
The development of Health Studio at Rostrevor marked a major investment in the health and wellbeing of older people in Adelaide’s eastern suburbs. The advanced hub features state-of-the-art HUR gym equipment, purpose-built group exercise spaces, and a comprehensive allied health offering, while also housing community services teams supporting older South Australians to live well at home.
Rose Park Retirement Living
Located on the corner of Fullarton Road and Hewitt Avenue, the Rose Park development will deliver 72 contemporary retirement living apartments featuring smart technology, a 7.5‑star energy rating and private balconies with sweeping views. The development includes premium shared amenities, a comprehensive health and wellness hub, and the full restoration of heritage‑listed Vasey House — setting a new benchmark in supported retirement living.
Dover Gardens Residential Aged Care
ACH Group will develop a new 150‑bed residential care home at Dover Gardens, designed as ten small households of 15 rooms each to create homelike environments that support comfort, connection and reablement. Located on the former Dover Gardens Primary School site on Folkstone Road, the development will expand access to high‑quality aged care, responding to growing demand while reflecting best‑practice, person‑centred design.
Growing workforce to support more older people
Aligned with ACH Group’s One Workforce strategic priority, the organisation has launched a new workforce recruitment video, Turn a job, into your career, featuring six employees sharing their personal stories of career progression, learning and development. The campaign launches at a pivotal time as ACH Group continues to grow its workforce to meet increasing demand and support more older South Australians to access quality aged care services.
