Price Lists

If you choose to apply for payment support through Government subsidy, there are two options; Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) or Home Care Package (HCP).

Alternatively, you may choose to pay yourself, Customer Funded (CF).

Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)

Available to people aged over 65 years (or over 50 years for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islanders). To apply, you will be referred for assessment to the Regional Assessment Service (RAS) who may conduct a face to face assessment before recommending services under the Commonwealth Home Support Program. 

If you are approved, you are expected to contribute to the cost if you can afford to. We will discuss fees with you before arranging services.

Home Care Packages and Customer Funded

Home Care Packages (HCP) 

To qualify for a Home Care Package, you must first have had an assessment completed by the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) and based on this you will be assigned a home care package level. ACH Group does not charge a basic daily fee.

If you require services over and above the government subsidy and any unspent funds, your care managers will work with you to add in privately paid services to meet your care needs.

Customer Funded (CF)

If you are not eligible for government assistance or don’t want an assessment and would prefer to pay for the services yourself, we offer a ‘Pay As You Go’ option. There is no assessment or waiting period.
