NDIS JamFactory Jewellery Making

Learn jewellery making with tailored jewellery making classes at the JamFactory.

Suitable for beginners to intermediate, sessions are led by the expertise of the JamFactory Team.

This class teaches you basic silver jewellery making skills such as sawing, filing, soldering, riveting, forming and roller embossing. You will design and make your own jewellery pieces including a ring and brooch or pendant.

The course is held in JamFactory’s Jewellery and Metal Design Studio by skilled tutors enabling you to learn jewellery making skills and techniques in a professional studio environment.

NDIS JamFactory Ceramics

Learn and even master clay hand modelling with tailored ceramics classes at the JamFactory.

Held in JamFactory Ceramics Studios, this course is an ideal introduction to hand building ceramics. You will learn a number of skills to apply to your ceramic practice, from coil, pinch and slab construction, to firing and glazing.

NDIS Golf

Experience a hit of golf with friends, followed by a chance to catch up for a coffee and a chat afterwards.

Appropriate for beginner to intermediate level golfers, each 8-week term includes a professional golf lesson.

This group is for those aged between 40-65 years old, held at West Beach.

Carer Retreats – Murray River Discovery Cruise

Discover the abundant wildlife and magnificent scenery from the water aboard the Proud Mary.

Designed with both carer’s and those they care for in mind, this retreat offers respite as well as the opportunity to socialise and engage with like-minded people in a relaxed and safe environment.

At night, the Proud Mary’s powerful floodlights provide a rare glimpse of nocturnal wildlife, especially birds such as night herons, owls and coots.

Lagoon cruises, a guided nature walk through Reedy Creek Gorge and an Australian themed bush barbeque with live entertainment make up the highlights of this tremendous 2 night discovery cruise. When you choose to retire to the private contemporary ensuite accommodation provided, all cabins on board feature stunning river views so you can stay immersed in the beauty of nature.

McLaren Vale Respite

ACH Group understands that life as a carer can be demanding.

Let us help you take a break, knowing your loved one is in good hands.

We are offering high care respite for people living with memory loss or dementia for up to 8 hours a day. Participants can meet up in a social environment whilst maintaining and improving their current skills and capabilities. Activities throughout the day include art and exercise classes.

Located in the beautiful McLaren Vale region with opportunities to connect and be part of the local community.

Sing for Joy Choirs

Come and experience the fun, and enjoy the health benefits that belonging to a choir can bring.

Led by experienced, professional choir directors, come along and learn choir singing techniques in a fun and social environment. Weekly rehearsals culminate in public performances on stages big and small, such as the Adelaide Fringe.

Enjoy the benefits creativity can bring and learn how to use a variety of mediums.

You’ll feel a sense of achievement by having the option to contribute to the SALA exhibition or create stunning pieces for your own home. No experience necessary. Classes taught by an experienced artist.
