Dementia specific support: this can be one-to-one or in small groups tailored to the abilities and interest of people with dementia. Specific groups with dementia are also available.

NAIDOC Week was celebrated across ACH Group residential care homes, with residents taking part in activities that recognised and celebrated First Nations cultures and stories.

Residents across all homes enjoyed a special screening featuring the music of Emily Wurramara, highlighting the power of Indigenous storytelling through song.

📷 At Kapara, residents also visited the Yitpi Yartapuultiku Centre in Port Adelaide to explore First Nations Dreaming stories and learn about Australia's ancient megafauna. Back at home, they continued celebrating culture through a creative activity, making and painting salt-dough ornaments inspired by the stories and experiences shared during their visit. ⚫🟡🔴
