We can definitely help you with this.

Our specially trained Support Workers or Volunteers can spend time with the person you care for out and about in the community such as at the park, shopping centre or coffee shop, or in their own home.

All our respite programs provide meaningful activities, whether for an individual or in a group setting. Our staff are equipped to respond to different levels of need.

Dementia specific support: this can be one-to-one or in small groups tailored to the abilities and interest of people with dementia. Specific groups with dementia are also available.

Celebrating creativity in every season of life 🎨

This August, artists from across the ACH Group community will share their work as part of the SALA Festival.

Through colour, creativity and storytelling, artists share their reflections on life's changing seasons, with each artwork offering a unique perspective on the experiences, stories and memories that shape our lives.
