Join us in congratulating the participants of our 2026 Future Leaders Academy. 🤩

Last week, our CEO Linda Feldt welcomed a cohort of new and aspiring leaders selected from across our care and corporate teams to the Academy.

Over the eight‑month program, participants will develop their leadership skills through targeted learning experiences, personality profiling, mentoring from ACH Group leaders, and opportunities to connect and learn alongside peers from across the organisation.

The Future Leaders Academy is just one of the ways we’re investing in our people, supporting our workforce through various leadership programs and professional development pathways to grow their careers.
