This award recognises individuals or teams who champion our Service Behaviours of Love What We Do, Take Action & Responsibility, Put Our Hand Up for Challenges and Celebrate Uniqueness.
🏆 The first winners are Jake Whelan, Home Care & Health Welcome Team Leader, and Lili Ganaye, Village Manager. They were nominated by colleague Kate Moody, Lawyer, after speaking with the daughter of an ACH Group customer who shared her family’s positive experience. Jake and Lili were recognised for their compassion and professionalism in guiding the family through a complex aged care journey, making the process smooth, reassuring and stress-free. Their support helped the family feel confident and cared for every step of the way.
