Celebrating Olympics – Opening ceremony 2/3 🟡⚫

Kapara Residential Care Home residents and staff had the most wonderful afternoon celebrating the Olympics Opening Ceremony. ACH Group CEO Linda Feldt was also in attendance, along with Kapara Home Manager Daniel Whitehead.

Fred, resident at Kapara, had the honour of being Kapara’s official torchbearer, along with Tenacious T 🐯, Glenelg Football Club (SANFL)’s official mascot, who made a surprise appearance.

Community Connector Lead Michelle reflected, "Many residents barrack for the Glenelg Tigers, and we couldn’t resist inviting them to take part today, as our official team colours are also yellow and black!"

Everyone wanted to have their photo taken with Tenacious T! Lighting up the community spirit, we let the games roar to a start! 🔥
