What you’ll do
- Support the older person to maintain and/or improve physical, cognitive, emotional and social health and enhance their wellbeing
- Follow and contribute to the resident’s care plan
- Assist the residents of each care home to live a good life
- Work with a multi-disciplinary team to support the wellbeing of residents
- Undertake activities of daily living, domestic tasks and activity support
- Maintain accurate documentation
About you
- You have a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent
- You enjoy working in a collaborative team to support the wellbeing of residents
- Experienced candidates highly desired
