✨ Introducing Spotlight on Social - an activity shaped by staff feedback from the Have Your Say survey.

In response, the Social Team brought staff and residents together for a creative art class that celebrated the meaningful moments happening every day in activities. 🖌️🖼️

💬 Katey Elding, Head of Social, shared:
“Spotlight on Social was a chance to slow down, reflect, and come together to create something that truly captures the value of those moments.” 🌟🤝

Residents were also at the heart of Spotlight on Social, enjoying the chance to take part in something creative and collaborative with staff.

Many shared how much they valued the experience.

💬 Winifred from Highercombe reflected, "I thought it was wonderful. It was a sign of togetherness, which is a beautiful thing to be a part of."

A big thank you to all the Community Connector Leads for bringing this to life across the residential care and social teams. 👏
