Residents at Milpara Residential Care Home recently took part in a hands-on food tasting session led by Michael Dobie, Dietitian Lead at ACH Group. The session focused on the value of a high-protein, calcium-rich diet, with residents and their loved ones sampling a variety of sweet and savoury options.

Participants completed a survey to rate each item, helping inform future additions to the tea trolley. High-protein coffee was also introduced, and the social team served a “Sunrise Mocktail” to round out the experience. The event encouraged feedback, and gave residents a say in what’s served day to day.
