The Annual General Meeting celebrated another year across ACH Group’s Retirement Living communities at Elkanah and St Georges Court, with plenty of milestones, activities and connections along the way, followed by coffee and cake with neighbours, Village Managers and ACH Group executives.
Both meetings provided residents with an update on Retirement Living alongside information about financial performance, maintenance, new and planned social activities. Residents were also invited to raise questions, making the AGMs an important opportunity for open discussion and information sharing.
As of 30 June 2026, ACH Group’s Retirement Living community is home to 495 residents across 16 villages in metropolitan Adelaide.
We proudly welcomed 42 new residents, including seven couples, supporting them to settle into their new home and village community and celebrated 66 milestone birthdays with thoughtful and personalised greetings.
23 information sessions provided residents with valuable updates on topics including Aged Care Rights Advocacy Service (ARAS), ACH Group’s Social Program and Home Support services.
A total of 44 Home Care referrals also provided residents with a simple and supportive pathway to access the services they need.
A year of connection and shared experiences with 180 Coffee Connections and 10 ACH Group social events were held throughout the year, providing relaxed opportunities for residents to catch up with neighbours and their Village Manager, while the broader social program created more ways to socialise, stay active and enjoy shared experiences.
