Out & About: Social Connection & Carer Respite
This group supports people seeking social connections and is inclusive of people living with memory loss. The Group enjoys lunch together and takes part in word and board games.
The program offers short-term respite for carers.
Participants enjoy lunch at welcome venues.
Door-to-door transport is quoted when booking.
