SALA Festival 2024 – Creativity Takes Courage
Customers, residents, volunteers and staff are invited to submit artwork to be included in the ACH Group’s SALA Festival exhibition.
We welcome all creative mediums including paintings, photography, sculpture, film, collage, mosaic, textiles and mixed media.
The SALA Festival 2025 submissions are now closed.

Terms and conditions
In submitting artwork, the artist or site coordinator understands and agrees that the artwork remains available for display for the duration of the exhibition.
Artwork
ACH Group’s theme for this year’s SALA exhibition is ‘Creativity Takes Courage’. We are accepting a variety of mediums including paintings, photography, sculpture, collage, mosaic, textiles and mixed media. All artwork must be appropriate for a general community audience. We endeavor to showcase all submitted artwork however if space doesn’t allow we will contact you to discuss your preferred piece.
Display
All artwork for this exhibition must be suitably framed or mounted. Please speak with ACH Group staff if you need assistance with this.
Delivery/Collection of Artwork
Artists need to make their own arrangements for the delivery and collection of their ready to hang artwork in appropriate packaging, ie. bubble wrap and/or plastic bag. Artwork must be clearly labelled with artist name, artwork title and price (if applicable).
Please speak with ACH Group staff if you need assistance with delivery arrangements.
Consent to Photograph Artwork
The artist gives permission for artwork to be photographed for display on the ACH Group website or in an ACH Group publication or catalogue.
Loss or Damage
ACH Group staff and volunteers will make every effort to ensure that your artwork is handled in an appropriate manner during the exhibition period. However, your artworks will be displayed entirely at your own risk. ACH Group will accept no liability of artworks destroyed, damaged, lost or stolen while on exhibit.
The artist indemnifies ACH Group against all actions, claims, demands, damages, expenses and losses incurred while exhibiting with ACH Group.
Acceptance of these terms (online and printed forms)
For online form submissions, a completed form signals acceptance of these terms. ACH Group will only accept artwork if accompanied by a submission form that is signed by the artist or carer to signal acceptance of these terms.
