Happy birthday to Yvonne, who celebrated her 100th birthday yesterday – marking a century of wisdom and resilience. 🎉

Surrounded by family, friends and the ACH Group community, Yvonne’s celebration was filled with love, laughter, and heartfelt moments.

A highlight of the day was a touching surprise from children at St Peter's Woodlands Grammar School. Through the Intergenerational Program with Kapara Residential Care Home, they created 100 birthday cards just for her. 🥰🎨✉️

As a beloved participant in the program, Yvonne’s connection with the children made the celebration even more meaningful.

ACH Group CEO Linda Feldt joined in to personally congratulate Yvonne on her remarkable milestone.

Join us in honouring Yvonne and the extraordinary life she continues to live. 💐🎂💖
