We’re looking forward to attending the Art of Ageing Well Expo – a free community event focused on ageing well, staying active and connecting with local services.

  • Meet the ACH Group team and find out how we support older people to live good lives 
  • Explore social activities and wellbeing programs to help you stay connected and active 
  • Learn about Support at Home services and the practical support available to help you stay independent at home 
  • Ask questions and get information tailored to your needs and interests
