ACH Group Social Experience Day Tour – Competition Schedule

3. Competition Period
Entry into the Competition commences at 10am on Tuesday 17 October 2023. Entry into the Competition closes at 3pm on Tuesday 17 October 2023
4. Eligible Applicants
Applicants and any companions must be 65 years and over.
5. Maximum Number of Entries
One (1) entry per applicant during the Competition Period.
6. Entry Method
Paper or Electronic Form
Applicants will be required to enter the Competition by filling out the Paper or Electronic Form available at the Carer Expo.
By filling out the Paper or Electronic Form, the Applicant consents to automatically subscribing to receive the ACH Group digital Good Lives Magazine, news, and events. The ACH Group Privacy Policy can be viewed at achgroup.org.au/privacy-policy
7. Judging Criteria
There is no judging criteria for the Competition. The Applicants details from the Electronic Form will be entered into selection software and the winner will be selected at random via that software.
8. Notification of Winner
The winner will be contacted directly onTuesday 24 October 2023.
9. Prize
The prize is an ACH Group Social Experience Day Tour for two (2) people valued at approximately $700. The winner can select any ACH Group Social Experience Day Tour, subject to availability. For the avoidance of doubt, the winner cannot select an ACH Group Social Experience Day Tour that is already booked out and will be required to select a tour that has sufficient availability at the time of booking.
10. Prize Claim Date
The winner must use the prize within 12 months of the Notification of Winner date.
11. Additional Conditions
Prize value is based on recommended market and/or retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter excepts no responsibility for any change in the Prize value between now and the ultimate date the winner is announced.
