Today, 7 August, is Aged Care Employee Day, a national day of thanks for Australia’s aged care workforce.
To mark the day, ACH Group’s executive leaders will join teams to personally thank and recognise the positive difference they make in the lives of older South Australians.
ACH Group CEO Linda Feldt said Aged Care Employee Day was an important opportunity to recognise employees’ care and commitment.
“Every day, our people are focused on what matters most: supporting residents and customers with high-quality care, services and support,” she said.
“That commitment has been especially important during a period of significant change across aged care, and I am incredibly proud of the way our teams continue to put older South Australians first.”

Every Aged Care Employee Day, ACH Group provides a meaningful gift as a way to thank its workforce.
“This year, we have partnered with South Australian family business, Tony and Mark’s, to create a special food hamper,” Ms Feldt said.
“We know life can be busy both at work and at home, and we hope this gift helps take a little pressure off by providing meals and snacks for our people and their loved ones to enjoy.”
