Jai Kaur, a high-calibre executive with significant experience in senior leadership roles within the public health sector, has joined leading South Australian aged care provider ACH Group.
Ms Kaur has been appointed Executive Manager, Care and Residential Services, a newly created role overseeing clinical care for residents and customers and the operations of ACH Group’s six residential care homes across metropolitan Adelaide.
ACH Group CEO Linda Feldt welcomed Ms Kaur’s appointment.
“Jai’s extensive experience leading complex health services, combined with her background in clinical governance, quality and risk, makes her an outstanding addition to our Executive Team and will further strengthen our commitment to meeting the needs and preferences of customers and residents,” Ms Feldt said.
“As the aged care sector continues to evolve following the introduction of the new Aged Care Act, and ACH Group expands its services, Jai’s leadership will be critical in supporting our workforce to deliver high-quality care and in progressing our growth plans.”
Ms Kaur said she is excited to join ACH Group at such an important time for the aged care sector.

In addition to her extensive career in public health, Ms Kaur comes to ACH Group with a thorough understanding of the aged care sector, including experience as a Quality Assessor, where she reviewed services to ensure they met national health and aged care quality and safety standards.
She is passionate about values-based leadership and accountability and has served as Chair of the Australian College of Nursing (SA) for four years, where she contributed to shaping workforce culture for nurses across different sectors of health.
Ms Kaur commenced with ACH Group on Monday 13 April, joining from the Women’s and Children’s Health Network where she served as Advanced Divisional Nursing Director.
