How can you access ACH Group health services and social experiences?

As of 1 October 2022 ACH Group will no longer be a registered NDIS provider.

However, NDIS recipients can continue to access ACH Group health services and social experiences.

Using your NDIS funding

If you have a Plan Manager or self-manage your NDIS plan, you can continue to use your NDIS funding to pay for ACH Group health services and social experiences.

Health Services

Customers can continue to access ACH Group health services for assessments, reviews and participation in exercise groups or 1:1 exercise sessions.

Please refer to the Customer Funded Price List for the relevant fees.

Customers who attend exercise groups may wish to purchase either a 6- or 12-week session pass. Passes and bookings can be made at your local Health Studio 50+. Terms and conditions apply.

The names of the former NDIS social experiences have changed.

The experiences remain unchanged; however, Ceramics is now called Pottery, and Golf is called Golf Plus. Bookings can be made by calling 1300 22 44 77. Terms and conditions apply.
