ACH Group offers a range of affordable contract options to suit your financial circumstances.

We have two contract options for your purchase of a ‘life-time lease’. 

Two options for a ‘life-time lease’

  • Unit design features two or three bedrooms, with undercover carparking.
  • Refund at the end of lease equates to approximately 69% of the new market value* (assuming occupancy of more than five years*).

Upfront price

Units range from approximately $480,000 – $830,000 depending on location and amenities*.

Service fee

Currently range from $286.00 – $410.000 per fortnight*.

At Elkanah Retirement Village, $585.00 (two-bedroom) and $603.00 (three-bedroom) per month*.

*These costs are correct as of January 2026

  • Unit design features – one or two bedrooms, generally with carport or car space.
  • There is no refund at the end of the lease* (assuming occupancy of more than two years*).

Units range from approximately $130,000 – $260,000 depending on location and amenities*.

Service fee

Currently range from $323.00 per fortnight (one-bedroom) or $338.00 per fortnight (two-bedroom).

Tailored ownership options are available which will allow you to cover the cost of any future housing, health, or home support services. Our flexible contracts allow you to pay ‘up front’ and remove the worry of budgeting week by week.

Choose an option which is right for you, whether that’s in-home assistance with cleaning, gardening, or shopping, energy, and water costs all included, or even some health services. We can help tailor a package that is right for you and will help you stay independent and in your own home.
