Yesterday, we shared Peter’s story. He started with just one session a week and today, at 74, he says he feels better than he did a decade ago.

Men’s Health Week is a good reminder that you don’t need a big change to make a difference to your health and independence.

If you’re not sure where to start, keeping it simple is the best place to begin.
💪 Find an exercise group that feels right for you, like a light strength, balance or stretching class
⛳ Get back into something you enjoy, like a social group or hobby
🚶‍➡️ Add a bit more movement into your day, like a short walk or time in the garden

You don’t have to figure it out on your own. ACH Group’s Health Studio teams in Glenelg, Rostrevor and Christie Downs can help you find something that works for you, no matter your ability.

Small, consistent steps add up over time, and staying socially active is just as important as staying physically active.

Move more. Stay connected. Feel the difference.
