I have made a payment, but it is not showing on my statement

Payments and adjustments made after 31 March 2025 will appear on your following statement for the period 1 April – 30 April 2025.

I received my statement after the statement due date

We have been made aware that the delivery of statements was delayed due to the number of public holidays. Please arrange payment at your earliest convenience.

We are pleased to share that ACH Group has secured $17.6 million in Federal Government funding through the Aged Care Capital Assistance Program (ACCAP) to support the construction of our new residential care home at Dover Gardens.

The development will provide a new home for 150 older people, delivering contemporary aged care designed around smaller households that foster connection, independence, quality of life and a genuine sense of home.

As demand for residential aged care continues to grow, this will help more older people access the care and support they need while remaining connected to the people, places and community that matter most to them.

We thank the Australian Government for its support and commitment to strengthening aged care and investing in the infrastructure needed to meet the needs of Australia's ageing population.

We look forward to sharing further updates as the project progresses, with construction expected to commence in late 2026.
