I have made a payment, but it is not showing on my statement

Payments and adjustments made after 31 March 2025 will appear on your following statement for the period 1 April – 30 April 2025.

I received my statement after the statement due date

We have been made aware that the delivery of statements was delayed due to the number of public holidays. Please arrange payment at your earliest convenience.

You may have seen Yvonne’s story in The Advertiser’s 100 Years, 100 Cards 💌 — a touching reflection on connection, community and the extraordinary power of being seen, inspired by her birthday celebration last year.

Today, as Yvonne celebrates another year around the sun, that same joy fills the room, with family, fellow residents at Kapara and children from St Peter's Woodlands Grammar School Early Learning Centre gathering beside her. 🎉🎂🥳

The occasion was made even more special with a morning tea shared in her honour, where CEO Linda Feldt offered heartfelt words of thanks, and Yvonne’s family gifted each child a small gift bag - a thoughtful gesture celebrating the beautiful bond they have formed with her. 🎁
