I have made a payment, but it is not showing on my statement

Payments and adjustments made after 31 March 2025 will appear on your following statement for the period 1 April – 30 April 2025.

I received my statement after the statement due date

We have been made aware that the delivery of statements was delayed due to the number of public holidays. Please arrange payment at your earliest convenience.

🎉 With nearly 150 ACH Group employees born in countries that celebrated Lunar New Year on 17 February, this week our workforce has embraced the festival and opportunity to learn more about our colleagues. 🏮

🧧 Celebrations centred around ACH Group staff embracing the tradition of exchanging red envelopes filled with messages of good wishes to one another. While Chinese-born Finance Team member Abbott Liu (pictured) shared how he personally celebrates Lunar New Year.

“We gather around a table decorated with lucky oranges, sharing stories and laughter. Though my family is thousands of miles away, technology bridges the gap. Just after midnight on the first day of the lunar year, I make a video call to my parents. Seeing their smiling faces as we exchange greetings of ‘Xīn nián kuài lè!’ (Happy New Year!) and share virtual red envelopes through the screen warms my heart,” he said.
