🏆 Congratulations to Nicky Brown, Support Worker!
Recognised for her compassionate, person‑centred approach, Nicky went above and beyond to build a meaningful and respectful relationship with a resident.
Understanding the resident’s sensitivity to the cold and lifelong love of crochet, Nicky created a handmade shawl to provide both comfort and a connection to what mattered most to them.
