When it comes to Home Care Packages, ‘Approved’ and ‘Assigned’ mean two very different things. 🔍
✅ Approved means you have been assessed as eligible for a Home Care Package. You will be placed in the National Priority queue while you wait for a package to be allocated.
📨 Assigned means the Home Care Package has been allocated. You will receive a referral code, and can begin services with your chosen provider.
