As we welcome the New Year, it’s the perfect time to reflect on what truly matters to you.

Whether it’s staying active, nurturing relationships, or exploring a new hobby, sharing your goals can inspire others while creating a sense of accountability for yourself.

Share your health and wellbeing goals for the year, and you’ll go into the draw to win a free six-session pass to our life exercise groups.

Entries close Friday 31 January 2025, winners will be announced Friday 7 February 2025.

Please note: If you do not currently attend an ACH Group exercise class you will be required to undergo and pay for a Health Assessment prior to starting. The six-session life exercise pass expires 30 April 2025.
