Retirement Living Communities – Financial Year Snapshot
ACH Group’s Retirement Living community is home to 688 wonderful residents, residing within 38 villages across Metropolitan Adelaide and the Fleurieu Peninsula.
We continue to see great interest in people wanting to call an ACH Group Retirement Living community their home.
Our Real Estate Services Team took in 377 new enquiries and conducted 240 inspections, resulting in 41 sales for the financial year. We welcome the 46 new residents who have since joined our community.

It has been a year full of events which have seen neighbourly connections and friendships flourish.
A key initiative launched in the financial year was the Retirement Living Social Program.
The Social Program is supported by ACH Group’s Social Team and in conjunction with the Retirement Living Team delivers a calendar of events throughout the year, as well as supporting resident-led initiatives.
The aim is to offer a variety of opportunities, from entertainment to interest based and social activities.
Since launch, we have seen events such as Neighbour Day, pub lunches, live entertainment and karaoke at our hubs, and art classes as part of SALA.
We have shared in a number of resident-led events, celebrating hallmark days and milestone celebrations.
In particular, we are proud of the fundraising efforts, and for raising awareness on important topics, these include taking part in Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea and sharing stories to highlight the importance of prostate awareness.
It has been great to see so many residents actively involved in community activities and events.
Looking forward, key focuses for Retirement Living include improvement initiatives to continue driving positive resident experiences and access to services should they be needed. Along with, an increase in capital investment for works across villages.
