Ghislaine Entwisle brings more than two decades of senior leadership across private, public and non-government sectors in technological innovation and strategic insight.
With a professional background in commerce and information technology, Ms Entwisle has led major digital transformations to modernise digital platforms and ensure a seamless experience for customers.
Her leadership and expertise have been leveraged by global consulting firms including Third Horizon and Protivity and she is currently the Head of Retail Assurance at ANZ bank.
Ms Entwisle said she was looking forward to lending her experience to ACH Group.
“Aged Care has, and continues to, undergo an extraordinary transformation with a new Aged Care Act and a new Support at Home program in their early stages,” she said.
“These changes have placed huge pressure on aged care providers to ensure that they have the digital solutions that not only meet their legislative requirements but also deliver a service that is accessible and understandable to customers.
“I look forward to supporting ACH Group with my expertise as they strive to deliver on their purpose of Good Lives for Older People.”

Ghislaine joins the ACH Group Board alongside Chair Imelda Lynch, Deputy Chair Tracey Scott and members Mark Balnaves, Craig Holden, Robina Bradley and Scott Long. Michael Luchich will remain on the Board until October 2026.
