Older South Australians have shaped the communities we all live in today, and through the Census, this contribution continues.

Brian Newman and Fay Tozer, residents at ACH Group's Healthia residential aged care home, were among those counted this year.

Fay shared, "I've taken part in 14 Censuses throughout my life, and each one reminds me how important it is to have a say in our future."

Brian added, "Taking part in the Census is an important part in being connected to our community."

At ACH Group, we value the insights and experiences of older people. Census data helps inform decisions that support ageing well, strengthen community connection, and improve independence and quality of life.
