Retirement Living Communities – Financial Year Snapshot 2024
ACH Group’s Retirement Living community is home to 609 wonderful residents, residing within 30 villages across Metropolitan Adelaide and the Fleurieu Peninsula.
We continue to see great interest in people wanting to call an ACH Group Retirement Living community their home.
Our Real Estate Services Team took in 430 new enquiries and conducted 153 property viewings, resulting in 31 sales for the financial year. We welcome the 39 new residents who have since joined our community.

The Retirement Living Team is excited to grow the Social Program into the 2025 financial year. Annual General Meeting 2024
ACH Group’s Retirement Living communities came together in October to reflect on the year it was and share plans for the future.
Art Classes and SALA Festival 2024
Residents of ACH Group retirement living villages have been invited to participate in artist-led art classes and SALA Festival 2024.

Over 170 residents from ACH Group’s retirement living communities gathered for the highly anticipated Quizmas in July event at Norwood Hotel and Woodcroft Hotel.
Movin’ Melvin Brown
The retirement living and residential communities got into the spirit of Adelaide’s Festival Season in February, with a very special addition to the social calendar.
ACH Group had the privilege of presenting the one and only Movin’ Melvin Brown in the lead-up to his upcoming Australian premiere Fringe performance.
Spanish feast at James Evans Court
Retirement living residents at James Evans Court Hub in Magill enjoyed a Spanish feast of paella, omelette, music, and décor, prepared by retired chef John and his wife Monica!
Mindset for Life program
A group of residents from ACH Group’s Retirement Living Villages completed a new peer-run Mindset for Life program aimed at designing a successful retirement and planning for the future.
