The ACH Group Occupational Therapy Graduate Pathway

We’re excited to offer a comprehensive New Graduate Program designed to help you thrive and grow in your first role!

ACH Group’s New Graduate Program is a 12-month full time new graduate position where you will work in the community to complete two, six-month rotations in different areas within our Health Services business.

Over the 12 months, you will experience a wide range of opportunities, funding streams and holistic healthy ageing models, alongside your peers.

Learn foundational OT skills including pressure care management, home modifications, rehabilitation, equipment prescription and functional assessment.

Health – New Graduate Occupational Therapist

As a New Graduate OT, you’ll be supported to:
  • Conduct customer assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Provide clinical assessments and therapeutic interventions for a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitation needs
  • Focus on customer goals and functional abilities to maximize independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in case conferences, and engage in professional development activities
  • Help clients navigate changes in function and stay safe and independent at home
  • Learn and contribute to innovative projects in technology-enabled care
