The winner of the quarterly Good Lives Story Award has been announced!

The award recognises individuals or teams who bring our 4Rs (Reablement, Real Experiences, Right Relationships, and Roles) to life to support Good Lives for Older People.

🏆 Congratulations to Mikaylah Featherstone, Multiskilled Care Worker at Healthia!

Nominated by colleague Dikchhya Bhudhathoki, Mikaylah was warmly described as the ‘heart of the Healthia kitchen’. She received the award for bringing joy, connection and a personal touch to residents’ lives through her thoughtful baking, making each day feel special and memorable.

Mikaylah lives the 4Rs by ensuring residents feel valued and remembered, creating meaningful moments like birthday celebrations and afternoon teas with her delicious treats, and supporting their independence by helping them stay active and involved.
