The future of ACH Group looks bright (and fun)! 🤩
Aspiring leaders participating in ACH Group’s innovative Future Leaders Academy came together this week to celebrate reaching the halfway point of the program. Four months in, participants are being equipped with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to grow into leadership roles within ACH Group. This program is a unique offering not just for ACH Group, but across the aged care sector; providing a unique and structured development pathway for identified emerging leaders within the organisation.
During the program the group is supported to build their leadership capability through targeted workshops and training, personality profiling, mentoring, and opportunities to connect and network with experienced leaders.
