If you wish to contact ACH Group through the use of an interpreter, please contact the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) on 131 450 and ask them to call the ACH Group Customer Service Centre on 1300 224 477.

If you have difficulty with your hearing or speech, you can contact the National Relay Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on TTY/voice calls 133 677 or ‘speak & listen’ 1300 555 727. They can assist you to communicate with us.
