As part of the ACH Group Cycling Challenge, Health Studio Rostrevor hosted a fun and fast-paced 4-minute indoor cycling relay this Monday. Two teams went head-to-head, each pairing a community customer with an allied health team member, taking turns for 2 minutes each - with the clock ticking right through the handover! 🚴‍♀️⏱️

Customers and staff filled the studio with encouragement and team spirit. Moments like these remind us why community and connection matter so much, and we can’t wait to share more highlights soon.
