We can definitely help you with this.

Our specially trained Support Workers or Volunteers can spend time with the person you care for out and about in the community such as at the park, shopping centre or coffee shop, or in their own home.

All our respite programs provide meaningful activities, whether for an individual or in a group setting. Our staff are equipped to respond to different levels of need.

Dementia specific support: this can be one-to-one or in small groups tailored to the abilities and interest of people with dementia. Specific groups with dementia are also available.

Peter has experienced a range of health challenges over the years and admits he left prioritising his health until later in life.

Seven years ago, he decided it was time to take action and start focusing more on his wellbeing.

Now 74, Peter says he feels better than he did a decade ago and credits regular workouts at ACH Group’s Health Studio for helping him stay independent. 💪

For Men’s Health Week 2026, Peter is encouraging older men to take that first step.

What began as one workout a week has become up to three sessions most weeks - and sometimes a 4.5km walk home afterwards. 🚶‍♂️

“Your health is your independence,” Peter said. “It has allowed me to stay living in my own home, do my own shopping, drive my own car and take a yearly holiday.”
