Here’s a heartwarming story to brighten your day!

Bessie, one of the well-known artists from the Milpara art group, showcased several of her artworks at the SALA 2025 exhibition at the Campbelltown Library.

Among the many visitors was Pilar (pictured with Bessie), who instantly felt a deep connection to Bessie’s piece ‘One of the Living Desert Sculptures’. The artwork depicts a sculpture by a renowned Mexican artist from Pilar’s hometown - a beautiful moment of serendipity that felt truly meant to be. 💛

After contacting our Social Team, Pilar and Bessie were able to meet in person… and a wonderful new friendship began.

Stories like this remind us how purpose, passion, and meaningful connections enrich our lives and bring us closer together.

🎨💫 Here’s to creativity, friendship, and the joy of discovering unexpected connections.
