Our Fast Track to Good Health program continues to challenge the expected frailty trajectory and help people to maintain their independence.

Health and Wellness Groups

A number of other specialised groups have been formed to assist older people living with chronic disease or recovering from an adverse event, such as Stroke Recovery, Parkinson’s Groups and Arthritis Care. Spending time with others experiencing similar challenges and the social aspects of these groups has proven to be of great assistance to participants.

Adelaide is always buzzing with incredible events 🎭, and one of the standouts was the spectacular Beauty and the Beast musical at the Festival Theatre. ✨

This time, residents and volunteers from Kapara Residential Care Home also joined in, making the experience even more meaningful. 💜
