We’re thrilled to share that ACH Group’s Healthia Residential Care Home designed by Brown Falconer has been named a finalist in the 2025 Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall National Innovation & Excellence Awards.

The Best Development Innovation category award recognises and publicly rewards innovation that creates significant advancement and improvement within a development.

Healthia, co-located with a university-led GP and Allied Health Clinic, is an Australian-first model of care that’s redefining residential aged care. Its success is capturing national attention and showing real potential to transform care delivery across the country.

The winners will be announced at the Gala Dinner on Thursday 25 September at ICC Sydney.
