- *Before tax – Payments will be made through payroll and will be subject to tax at the individual’s marginal tax rate. New employees must commence prior to 30 April 2023 when the promotion ends
- From 9 November 2022 to 30 April 2023
- If you are hired as a permanent employee, you must work the hours/roster as per stated on the contract at least 90% utilisation for Residential and 75% for Home Care and Community
- If you are hired as a casual employee, you will need work a minimum of 260 hours within your first six months, (hours will be verified for eligibility)
- You must successfully complete your six-month probation
- If you have been put forward by a recruitment agency this does not qualify for a sign on bonus
- Previous employees are ineligible
- Employees who have been involved in disciplinary processes for misconduct will be exempt from the payment
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other referral programmes
- Payments will be made through payroll and will be subject to tax at the individual’s marginal tax rate
