What would you like to know about Living Well with Dementia?

ACH Group is producing a series of short video clips, which will include people with dementia and their families describing how they live well with dementia.

We are keen to hear from you about what questions you would like the video clips to answer and what topics you would like them to cover. What would prompt you to watch a short video about living well with dementia, and what else do we need to consider as we make these videos?

There are  also further opportunities to be involved with this project. We are specifically looking for:

  • People who are living with dementia who would be interested in being part of co-designing the video clips
  • People who have a diagnosis of dementia who might be interested in appearing on film
  • Family members of people living with dementia who might be interested in appearing on film

If you would like to be involved, or would like to find out more, please fill out your details at the bottom of the survey, or contact Fiona Telford-Sharp or Teresa Moran at ACH Group – Ph 8159 3600 or email ftelford-sharp@ach.org.au

Please note, we welcome people from anywhere in Australia (or the world) to fill out the survey, however the films themselves will be made in Adelaide so you will need to be a local to appear in the films.

Please answer the five questions below and let us know what you think.

What's been your favourite moment of the Tokyo Olympics so far? Share in the comments below 👇

ACH Group customer Chris has shared his!

"Australia's soccer team the Olyroos had a great first round win against Argentina, winning 2-0. It was not expected, they played very well," Chris said.

"The female swimmers who have won Gold - you need to put those moments at the top, and the swim that South Australian Kyle Chalmers had in the freestyle relay was incredible. He went into the last turn in about fifth place and brought it home in the last lap to win the Bronze. I think if he had another 50m to swim, he would have won the race.

"I have also enjoyed watching the Hockeyroos - I do enjoy team games, over individual sport."
