ACH Group is producing a series of short video clips, which will include people with dementia and their families describing how they live well with dementia.
We are keen to hear from you about what questions you would like the video clips to answer and what topics you would like them to cover. What would prompt you to watch a short video about living well with dementia, and what else do we need to consider as we make these videos?
There are also further opportunities to be involved with this project. We are specifically looking for:
- People who are living with dementia who would be interested in being part of co-designing the video clips
- People who have a diagnosis of dementia who might be interested in appearing on film
- Family members of people living with dementia who might be interested in appearing on film

Please note, we welcome people from anywhere in Australia (or the world) to fill out the survey, however the films themselves will be made in Adelaide so you will need to be a local to appear in the films.
