Mobile Phone Photography Workshop with Sam Oster

This two-hour workshop will help you take the next steps to taking mobile phone photos like a pro

  • explore more of the hidden tools on your own phone* and learn how to use them
  • learn to think like a photographer and capture better images
  • practice the best ways to photograph people, landscapes and more
  • experiment with light, colour, focus and zoom

Your tutor Sam Oster has run a successful commercial practice as a photographer for over 25 years. Her work includes film, TV, theatre, music, dance, and fashion photography. She also exhibits regularly and teaches photography at a variety of institutions, including the University of South Australia.

This is a workshop for people who already understand the basic photography features on their phone and want to learn the more complex tools to take their photos to the next level.
