Find out how to create a memory box, practice conversational skills and learn techniques for sharing and creating memories together.

Young and old are welcome; these are skills that anyone can use with their friends, relatives, community members or when working with people with dementia.

You can bring your own object with you or find new ones at the Discovery Centre.
