ACH Group initiative the Exchange is developing a range of online Brain Health learning activities scheduled for release later this year. The activities will include stories from people who are working hard to keep their brains as healthy as possible. We’d love to hear from you about what you’re doing, whether that’s exercising regularly for brain health, keeping up with social activity, doing plenty of learning and mental challenges to stay as sharp as possible, or taking other pro-active steps to care for your brain. This could include getting your hearing checked out and treated, drinking responsibly, sleeping well, or eating for maximum brain health.
