Growing up in a household where her parents ran a health focused convenience meal business, Kaitlyn was exposed to the importance of nutritious meals from a very young age. She is passionate about how diet can affect an individual’s health and wellbeing, and the barriers to food provision and improving health within lower socioeconomic groups. Kaitlyn loves to use her expertise to support older people live well as they age.
