Terms and Conditions of ACH Group Home Care Package

First Service Level Guarantee, promoted as ‘Seven Day Promise’

 

This Seven Day Promise is available to:

  • New customers signing up for a Home Care Package with ACH Group, but excludes existing customers upgrading their Home Care packages with ACH Group e.g. upgrading from level 1 to 3.
  • New customers in Adelaide metropolitan area only.

Terms of the Home Care Package Seven Day Promise:

  • ACH Group agrees to deliver your first Home Care service within seven (7) days of the date from which you sign up to ACH Group being your Home Care provider, or from the date which you complete your ‘My Plan A’ Care Plan, whichever of these is later.
  • If ACH Group is, for any reason, unable to provide your first Home Care service within seven (7) days as outlined in this offer, ACH Group will instead provide your first Home Care service to you free of charge.
  • If you specify that you would like the first Home Care service to occur on any day later than seven (7) days from the date which you sign up to ACH Group being your Home Care provider, or from the date which you complete your ‘My Plan A’ Care Plan, then Seven Day Promise will unfortunately no longer apply.
  • ACH Group will reverse, via credit note, the charge for the first Home Care service provided in this way. The transactions will appear on your ACH Group monthly statement.
  • This Seven Day Promise is made exclusively in relation to ACH Group’s cleaning, personal care or shopping services, within the Adelaide metropolitan area. All other service types are still available but not included within this 7 Day Promise.
  • This Seven Day Promise is applicable to the abovementioned services within the Adelaide metropolitan area only. Services are still available within the Fleurieu Peninsula region but are unfortunately not included within this Seven Day Promise.
  • The first Home Care service may be delivered by a relief worker, in the event that an ACH Group worker is unavailable.
  • This Seven Day Guarantee does not affect any other terms and conditions within the standard ACH Group Home Care Agreement.
